Administrator może przetwarzać dane osobowe podane przez użytkownika lub Klienta w związku z korzystaniem ze Sklepu, składaniem zamówień, realizacją płatności, dostawą raportu papierowego, dostarczaniem treści cyfrowych, udziałem w webinarach, obsługą reklamacji, odstąpieniem od umowy, zwrotami oraz kontaktem ze Sprzedawcą.

Przetwarzane dane mogą obejmować w szczególności: imię i nazwisko, nazwę firmy, NIP, adres korespondencyjny lub adres dostawy, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, dane do faktury, numer zamówienia, informacje o płatności, historię zamówień, treść korespondencji ze Sprzedawcą oraz dane techniczne związane z korzystaniem ze strony internetowej.

3. Cele i podstawy prawne przetwarzania danych

Dane osobowe są przetwarzane w następujących celach:

• obsługa Sklepu i umożliwienie złożenia zamówienia — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO, tj. niezbędności przetwarzania do podjęcia działań przed zawarciem umowy lub wykonania umowy;

• wystawianie i przechowywanie faktur oraz dokumentów księgowych — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO, tj. obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Administratorze;
• obsługa reklamacji, zwrotów i odstąpień od umowy — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO;
• kontakt z użytkownikiem lub Klientem — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, tj. prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora polegającego na prowadzeniu korespondencji i udzielaniu odpowiedzi na zapytania;
• dochodzenie roszczeń lub obrona przed roszczeniami — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, tj. prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora polegającego na ochronie swoich praw;
• prowadzenie działań marketingowych, w tym wysyłka informacji handlowych, jeżeli użytkownik wyraził na to zgodę — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO;
• zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa i prawidłowego działania strony internetowej — na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO, tj. prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora polegającego na zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa i funkcjonalności Sklepu.

4. Odbiorcy danych

Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane podmiotom współpracującym z Administratorem wyłącznie w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji wskazanych celów, w szczególności:

• operatorom płatności elektronicznych, w tym Przelewy24;
• przewoźnikom, firmom kurierskim, operatorom automatów paczkowych lub innym podmiotom realizującym dostawę;

Dane zawarte w dokumentach księgowych i podatkowych są przechowywane przez okres wymagany właściwymi przepisami prawa.

Dane przetwarzane na podstawie zgody są przechowywane do czasu jej wycofania, chyba że wcześniej ustanie cel przetwarzania.

Dane przetwarzane na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora są przechowywane do czasu skutecznego wniesienia sprzeciwu albo ustania tego interesu.

Cofnięcie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed jej cofnięciem.

Niepodanie danych niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia może uniemożliwić zawarcie lub wykonanie umowy.

9. Informacje handlowe i marketing

Dane osobowe nie są wykorzystywane do podejmowania wobec użytkownika lub Klienta decyzji opartych wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu, które wywoływałyby wobec niego skutki prawne lub w podobny sposób istotnie na niego wpływały.

13. Zmiany Polityki prywatności

Administrator może zmienić Politykę prywatności w szczególności w przypadku zmiany przepisów prawa, zmiany funkcjonalności Sklepu, zmiany sposobów płatności, dostawy lub obsługi zamówień, zmiany operatora płatności, zmiany podmiotów współpracujących przy realizacji usług albo zmiany sposobów przetwarzania danych osobowych.

The Administrator may process personal data provided by the User or the Customer in connection with the use of the Store, placing orders, making payments, delivering a paper report, delivering digital content, participating in webinars, handling complaints, withdrawing from the contract, returns and contacting the Seller.

The processed data may include, in particular: name and surname, company name, tax identification number, correspondence address or delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, invoice data, order number, payment information, order history, content of correspondence with the Seller and technical data related to the use of the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases of data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• operating the Store and enabling the placing of an order — pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. the necessity of processing to take actions prior to concluding a contract or performing an agreement;
• conclusion and performance of a sales contract, including the delivery of a paper report, the dispatch of digital materials, download links or links to webinars – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• handling electronic payments – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator in ensuring proper payment processing;
• issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents — pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator;
• handling complaints, returns and withdrawals from the contract – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• contact with the user or the Client – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the Administrator's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and responding to inquiries;

Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until its withdrawal, unless the purpose of the processing ceases to exist earlier.

Data processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest are stored until an effective objection is lodged or this interest ceases to exist.

7. Rights of data subjects

The data subject has the right to:

• access to your personal data;
• rectification of data;
• deletion of data;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to data processing;
• withdraw consent at any time if the processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
